Out of everything I own beauty-related, the one thing I will spend my money, and I will invest in without any remorse, is my skin. Skincare comes before anything in my kit! I’d been on the hunt for a great night cream for a couple of months now, and I am so relieved to have finally found THE one, my night cream holy grail! The Origins High Potency Night-A-MinsMineral-enriched renewal cream ( wow, that’s a mouth full!)
Origins focus on naturals, you won’t find any sulfate, paraben or phthalate, which are chemical preservatives that company will put into the product to preserve the live spend their products to make it last on the shelf a little bit longer. The reason why this is important to me as a consumer, is because personally I don’t like putting chemicals on my skin that I know are going to be harmful for me in the long run. If I can avoid it I do, that’s not saying that I always do but I really strive to keep my skin natural and healthy.
Origins is one of the brands that I really love, I started using their products probably about a year ago, and pretty much all the things that I have tried have been a hit for me. Let’s talk about my newest acquisition. I have I have the Origins oil-free night cream versionother versions (which is NOT oil-free), the packaging looks exactly like this one, so I would advise you to just be acquainted with it. Know which one you have to buy and read the fine print at the bottom of the bottle. Make sure you get the regular version if you’re skin is on the dry-side, the oil-free one if you are like me and have combination-oily to very oily skin.
The packaging is quite simple- a brown plastic bottle. You get 1.7oz for 54$. It doesn’t look like much but you really do get a lot of product, and that’s because with Origins products although they are a little bit on the pricier side, they do last a very long time. You will get a lot of paid-off with this product, because a little goes a long way. Just to give you an idea my first jar last me for something around 6 months. It smells citrusy, like walking through an orange growths, I just love the smell reminds me of summer, and leaves me perfectly refresh when I go to bed.
The texture is so emollients and so rich, that you could just spared all over the place. What I like to do is just take a little bit on my finger and just smooth it out over my skin. Sinks in very well it doesn’t leave me feeling very oily in the morning although you only want to use a little bit. If you use too much you will end up with a kind of shinny face. I know it feels luxurious but that don’t mean that you have to bathe yourself in it that’s what I’m trying to say.
The Origins High Potency Night-A-MinsMineral-enriched renewal cream has a bunch of vitamins in it. It has vitamin C, E, and H and these are great for preserving the life of your skin and keeping that elasticity. Vitamin C is very well known for its anti-aging effects. A big seller to me on this product is that it has time releasing agents. It means that when you put it on it won’t just flooded your face with a bunch of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. It will slowly release it over the spent of the nighttime so that way you are keeping a steady supply of nutrients in your skin. It truly delivers on its promises of bright, refreshed skin in the mornings. Origins Night a Mins – welcome to the family!
I hope this was helpful for all of you looking for a good night cream out there. What are the Origins products that you swear by? Let me know!
